1. Membership Requirements

To participate in Legends Forge, you must:

• Hold at least one Legends NFT.
• Maintain communication with the Legends Forge moderation team to ensure alignment with our community standards and values.

These requirements help us maintain a vibrant and engaged community within the Legends ecosystem.

2. Nature of Legends Forge

Legends Forge is a community-driven initiative within the Legends ecosystem. It operates as a gallery and curation page showcasing talents, builders, and projects. The content displayed on the Site, including profiles and project descriptions, represents individuals and projects that are not directly tied to Meta Legends unless explicitly stated. Legends Forge is independent from Meta Legends in its operation and purpose, serving as a platform for community discovery rather than an official extension of Meta Legends.

3. Due Diligence

We strongly encourage all visitors to conduct their own due diligence when interacting with the content, profiles, or projects displayed on Legends Forge. While we aim to highlight quality contributions from the community, Legends Forge does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the services, products, or claims made by the individuals or projects featured. Any decisions to engage with these entities are your own responsibility.

4. No Financial Interest or Sales

Legends Forge is a platform for discovery and appreciation, not a marketplace. We do not advertise, sell, or have any direct financial interest in the services or projects showcased on the Site. Our purpose is to curate and display the talents, builders, and projects within the Legends ecosystem, not to facilitate commercial transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

• User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the content you submit to Legends Forge, such as profiles and project descriptions. By submitting content, you grant Legends Forge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share your content on our platform and related channels.
• Legends Forge Content: All other content on the Site, including logos, designs, and text (excluding user submissions), is the property of Legends Forge or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

6. Community Conduct

Users are expected to engage respectfully and adhere to our community guidelines. The moderation team reserves the right to make final decisions to maintain a positive and productive environment. Violations, such as disrespectful behavior, spam, or posting illegal content, may result in removal from the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Legends Forge is not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or interactions that occur outside of our platform. Any dealings between users—whether financial, contractual, or otherwise—are solely the responsibility of the parties involved. Legends Forge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

• No Endorsement: The inclusion of any profile or project on Legends Forge does not imply an endorsement or recommendation by Legends Forge or Meta Legends.
